Sportsmaster®

Optimal and cost effective fertilisation through blended controlled release fertiliser

The Sportsmaster range of blended CRF fertilisers, contains a number of products that can be flexibly employed so that the optimal fertilisation programme can be put together in a cost effective manner. Everris Sportsmaster is a value proposition, where controlled release technologies are blended with conventional nutrient fertilisers to produce a compromise between the full controlled release of Sierrablen nitrogen, and the undesirable surge growth produced by conventional fertiliser applications.

In addition, the Sportsmaster range contains a unique methylene urea product (27+1+3), specifically designed with a granule size that accommodates spreading on fairways, sports fields and other broadacre turf areas.

For application on:

  • Coarse mown turf
  • Sports fields
  • Fairways
  • Recreational turf

Case Study

Economy without compromise

Reducing fertiliser costs without compromising performance has long been a dream for councils managing fairways, sportsfields, parks and lawns. Many Tasmanian councils are now using Everris Sportsmaster as a broad-acre fertiliser – turning the dream into reality.

Doug Ollington, General Manager, Tas Turf (Everris Tasmanian distributor), works closely with Kingborough, Burnie City and Hobart City Councils, all of which have been using the Sportsmaster range for many years. “The feedback I receive about Everris Sportsmaster,” he says, “is that it gives councils the longevity – the product says it gives 2-3 months slow release fertiliser, and it does. A lot of councils use Sportsmaster twice a year – Spring and Autumn – and they get the results they’re after.”
